According to 9 FAM 402.2-5(B), applicants traveling to the United States to:

• Participate in scientific, educational, professional, or business conventions, conferences, or seminars (Paragraph (5)), or
• Undertake independent research (Paragraph (6)),

may be classified as B-1 visitors for business, provided they meet all eligibility requirements. These provisions support NEOFORTUNITY INC.'s efforts to foster global collaboration and knowledge exchange in the fields of science and education.

Additionally, NEOFORTUNITY INC. may sponsor participants in voluntary service programs under 9 FAM 402.2-5(C)(2). These programs benefit U.S. local communities and are conducted by recognized nonprofit charitable organizations. Participants must:

• Be members of and committed to a specific recognized religious or nonprofit charitable organization.
• Not receive salary or remuneration from a U.S. source, except for allowances or reimbursements for incidental expenses.
• Provide a written statement from the sponsoring organization, which must include:
  • The volunteer's name, date, and place of birth.
  • The volunteer's foreign permanent residence address.
  • The name and address of the initial destination in the United States.
  • The anticipated duration of the assignment.
